These terms govern your use of the 540Learning platform operated by 540Learning. · Version 12 September 2026
1. Who we are
540Learning is operated by 540Learning (Commercial Registration —, VAT registration —), Riyadh. You can contact us at gsarwar@540learning.com or +966538785257 during Sun–Thu 9:00–18:00 (KSA).
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information — the name on your profile is the name printed on your certificates.
3. Courses, certifications and access
Purchasing a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content for as long as it is published on the platform. Course materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, recorded or redistributed.
Own-issued 540Learning certifications are awarded after you pass the online exam under the exam rules displayed before each attempt. Partner certifications (for example SCRUMstudy) are issued by the partner after you pass its exam; 540Learning provides the training, exam voucher and support. Partner exams are subject to the partner's own terms.
4. Prices, VAT and invoices
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) or US dollars (USD) before tax. The tax of your billing country, such as 15% VAT in Saudi Arabia, is added at checkout and shown before you pay. A ZATCA-compliant electronic tax invoice is issued for every paid order. Payments are processed by Moyasar (mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay), Stripe and PayPal; we never store card details.
5. Refunds
Our Refund Policy allows a full refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions described there. Exam vouchers that have been redeemed with a partner are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use

- Do not attempt to cheat in exams, impersonate another person or tamper with proctoring.
- Do not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content in discussions, assignments or reviews.

7. Certificates and revocation
We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained through misconduct, and we may supersede a certificate when a programme is updated. Verification of certificates is available publicly by certificate ID.
8. Liability
The platform is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Consumer disputes may be referred to the Ministry of Commerce; other disputes are subject to the competent courts in Riyadh.
