540Learning is committed to making 540Learning usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the learning portal, checkout, exams and certificates, in both Arabic (right-to-left) and English.
What we do
- Keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states and skip links.
- Semantic HTML, ARIA labels on interactive controls and screen-reader friendly forms with clear error messages.
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and support for the system dark mode.
- Captions or transcripts for video lessons and text alternatives for images.
- Resizable text and layouts that work at 400% zoom and on mobile devices.
- Exam accommodations (extra time, screen-reader mode) on request — see each certification's accommodations note.
Known limitations
Some third-party content — partner exam portals, embedded videos from external providers and PDF resources uploaded by instructors — may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We work with providers and instructors to improve this.
