Refund Policy
Our commitment to fair refunds under Saudi consumer-protection rules and the E-Commerce Law.
1. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have completed no more than 20% of the course lessons, have not started a certification exam, and no partner exam voucher has been redeemed.
2. How to request
Email gsarwar@540learning.com from your registered address with your order or invoice number, or contact us on WhatsApp at +966538785257. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (mada, card, Apple Pay, STC Pay via Moyasar, or card via Stripe).
3. Partner certification vouchers
Exam vouchers issued by certification partners (for example SCRUMstudy) are non-refundable once redeemed or registered on the partner portal. If your voucher has not been used, the course fee is refundable within the window above and the voucher is cancelled.
4. Credit notes and invoices
Every refund is documented with a sequential credit note referencing the original tax invoice, in line with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements. Partial refunds (for example a bundle with one used component) are credited pro rata.
5. Exceptions
- Free courses and promotional enrolments are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Corporate seat licences are governed by the organisation's agreement.
- Refunds are not available where our Terms of Service have been breached (for example account sharing or exam misconduct).
6. Technical problems
If you cannot access a course because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of progress.
